Greek Yogurt Brownie Batter
If you’ve ever wished you could eat brownie batter straight from the bowl, this recipe is for you. This Greek Yogurt Brownie Batter has all the rich, fudgy flavour of classic brownie batter, but it’s packed with protein and made with wholesome ingredients you probably already have on hand. It’s thick, creamy, and satisfying enough to enjoy as a snack, dessert, or even a post-workout treat.
One of the best parts about this recipe is how quickly it comes together. In just five minutes, you can transform a handful of simple ingredients into a decadent chocolate dessert that tastes far more indulgent than it actually is. Using a thick Greek yogurt or skyr creates a texture that’s so creamy your spoon can stand straight up, just like your favourite Blizzard.
This recipe is also incredibly versatile. Enjoy it straight from the bowl, use it as a dip for strawberries, banana slices, apple wedges, or pretzels, or spread it onto rice cakes or toast for a protein-packed snack. You can even top it with extra chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of peanut butter to make it feel even more like dessert.
Whether you’re trying to hit your protein goals, looking for a healthier way to satisfy a chocolate craving, or simply need a quick snack that actually keeps you full, this Greek Yogurt Brownie Batter is one you’ll find yourself making again and again. It’s rich, chocolatey, and proof that healthy eating doesn’t have to mean giving up your favourite treats.
