Greek Yogurt Brownie Batter

This Greek Yogurt Brownie Batter is thick, rich, and tastes just like licking brownie batter straight from the bowl. Made with creamy Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa, and nut butter, it's a quick high-protein snack that comes together in just five minutes. The texture is so thick, your spoon can stand upside down, just like a Blizzard.

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or skyr we love using Siggi's for an extra thick texture
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder we use Good Protein
  • 1 to 2 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey plus more to taste
  • 1 to 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 to 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, nut butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder to a bowl.
  • Stir until completely smooth and thick. If needed, adjust the sweetness with a little more maple syrup or honey, or add another tablespoon of cocoa powder for a richer chocolate flavour.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy immediately, or chill for 15 to 20 minutes for an even thicker, brownie batter-like texture
