Bang Bang Salmon Rice Bowls
Poke bowls have always been one of our favourite meals to order, but we wanted to recreate those fresh, vibrant flavours at home without needing sushi-grade fish. That’s exactly how these Bang Bang Salmon Rice Bowls came to be, and they’ve quickly become a regular in our weekly dinner rotation.
What we love most about this recipe is how fresh every bite tastes. Flaky air-fried salmon, crisp vegetables, fluffy rice, and a creamy bang bang sauce come together to create a bowl that’s packed with flavour while using ingredients we usually already have in our kitchen.
One of the best things about these rice bowls is how customizable they are. Feel free to swap in your favourite vegetables, add extra toppings, or even substitute the salmon with crispy tofu for a delicious vegetarian option. Simply air fry the salmon, prepare your toppings, and assemble everything into a colourful bowl that’s as easy to make as it is satisfying to eat.
Whether you’re looking for a healthy weeknight dinner or a homemade alternative to your favourite takeout poke bowl, these Bang Bang Salmon Rice Bowls are an easy way to enjoy restaurant-inspired flavours right at home.
