Ingredients
  

  • 1 empty jam jar with a little jam remaining
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Ice
  • Cold water
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Once your jam jar is nearly empty, leave a small amount of jam inside the jar.
  • Add the fresh lemon juice, fill the jar halfway with ice, and top with cold water.
  • Secure the lid tightly and shake well until the remaining jam has dissolved into the drink.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and/or berries if desired.
