Ingredients
  

Noodles

  • 1 serving ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½-1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 2-4 tbsp hot ramen cooking water

Toppings

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Fresh basil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Extra chili oil
  • Shrimp

Instructions
 

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
  • Reserve 2-4 tbsp hot noodle cooking water before draining.
  • In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, chili oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, basil, and noodle water.
  • Add cooked noodles and toss until well coated.
  • Top with boiled eggs, fresh basil, sesame seeds, and additional chili oil, shrimp.
  • Serve immediately.
